  1. Finish setting up Skate 3 Mobile.
  2. Start the game with the original skater, which remains the default.
  3. Press RB + Start, then open Mods > Playable Character.
  4. Select Seiyu Paradise Penguin, or switch back to the original skater whenever you want.

The Mod Store remains available for future community characters. The manual ZIP is provided for older builds that only have the file importer.
